After this time, If you no longer want the items you purchased, please feel free to initiate a return. Once your order arrives, you can start the return process. All bedding orders arrive in our branded JORO boxes, with your bed linen in a cotton bag. Cushion covers arrive in a flat branded envelope.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking details via email.
Yes, we deliver worldwide.
If your order was marked as delivered but is not at the desired location, we first suggest verifying the shipping address on your order. If the shipping address is correct, check all possible locations around your home, apartment, or office and see if someone else accepted the delivery.
Please note that lost packages must be reported via https://jorohome.com/pages/contact within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

We’ll contact you as soon as we’ve processed your return, to let you know we’ve received it and that its in perfect condition. We’ll then process your refund, which can take up to 14 days to land back in your account.
At this time, we can only exchange like for like items, of a different colour. For example, you Percale King Size Duvet, in Spring Blue, may be exchanged for a Percale King Size duvet in Midsummer Pink.
